As of January 1, 2026, we have expanded our specialty pharmacy network with the Advocate+ Pharmacy Match program through Free Market Health. This program efficiently matches our Truli for Health members with great options for in-network specialty pharmacies based on several factors including access and lower out-of-pocket costs for your patients.

Notice of Change to Physician-Administered Drug Program, October 2025.
Effective March 1, 2026, we are expanding Truli for Health plan’s Physician-Administered Drug Program managed by Prime MPS. As part of this change, we will require preservice reviews for certain drugs prior to administration in the office, home, outpatient hospital, ambulatory surgical center, public health clinic, and rural health clinic settings.

CVS Specialty To Cease Prior Auth Reviews for Commercial Members, November 2025
Beginning January 1, 2026, prior authorizations will no longer be performed by CVS Specialty, though they will continue to be our exclusive pharmacy for provider-administered medications.
