Notice of Change to Physician-Administered Drug Program, October 2025.
Paragraph under title: Effective March 1, 2026, we are expanding Truli for Health plan’s Physician-Administered Drug Program managed by Prime MPS. As part of this change, we will require preservice reviews for certain drugs prior to administration in the office, home, outpatient hospital, ambulatory surgical center, public health clinic, and rural health clinic settings.

CVS Specialty To Cease Prior Auth Reviews for Commercial Members, November 2025
Beginning January 1, 2026, prior authorizations will no longer be performed by CVS Specialty, though they will continue to be our exclusive pharmacy for provider-administered medications.
